Assistant Pastor Derrick Williams

Assistant Pastor J. Derrick Williams came, at Pastor Willard L. Jones' request, when the journey to Greater Cornerstone Church began 16 years ago.  His beginnings with Pastor Jones were as a humble servant and closest friend. Reverend Williams has a very calm spirit and astute business acumen.  He is in line with the vision Pastor Jones has for the body and community, and compliments Pastor Jones in the work of this ministry.  He is a valuable asset and trusted adviser.

As time passed and Reverend Williams grew spiritually his wife, Rosalind, also came aboard. Rosalind has worked in several capacities within the ministry and continues to work and serve as necessary. She is currently the Minister of Music and has Directed the Choir for the past 15 years. She also assists as a member of the Pastor's Aid Ministry, is a committee member of the Christian Education Ministry and is the Director of the annual "Thunder on the Westside" conference. Reverend and Sister Williams have worked tirelessly, side by side with the Pastor and First Lady to help bring Greater Cornerstone Church to its thriving position today.

They are committed servants of God working in every aspect of the church to help Greater Cornerstone and the surrounding community reach its maximum potential. They have three daughters; Desiree, Cori and Emmary. Their children are also following in their footsteps, growing with the body and helping Greater Cornerstone Church reach every generation as we enter into the 21st Century.
